Magnesium hydroxide has skin-soothing properties that reduces acne, calms sensitive skin and rosacea, and improves the skin's overall appearance. It also lowers cortisol levels, stabilizes hormonal imbalances, and improves cellular processes. Magnesium hydroxide is a beneficial alternative to baking soda in natural deodorant as it kills bacteria without blocking pores or stifling the surrounding skin. Compared to baking soda, magnesium hydroxide is less water-soluble and takes longer to fully dissolve and absorb sweat, resulting in less potential for irritation.

Coconut oil helps moisturize dry skin, relieves inflammation, accelerates wound healing, and treats acne. It will not clog pores, and it absorbs readily into the skin.

Arrowroot powder is a natural talc substitute that contains beneficial minerals and vitamins such as zinc, iron, potassium, and Vitamin B6. It is known to provide relief to skin irritations including rashes and acne. Arrowroot powder is an effective acne treatment because it absorbs oil and sebum on the skin, helping to reduce excess oil which often leads to breakouts. It also promotes natural healing as it penetrates the skin.

Shea butter is comprised of fatty acids such as oleic, stearic, linoleic and palmitic and contains vitamins A, D, E and F, which boost collagen production. It is a superior moisturizer, containing remarkable healing properties for various skin ailments as it contains several natural anti-inflammatory agents. It penetrates deeply into the epidermis and leaves a smooth, satiny finish.

MCT oil has several benefits for the skin, including moisturizing, reducing wrinkles and stretch marks, promoting healing, and reducing skin peeling after sunburn. MCT oil also helps soothe and treat skin infections by breaking down bacteria and virus walls to destroy them. 

Candelilla wax is a plant-based wax that has many benefits for the skin. It serves as a thickening and hardening agent, a synthetics-free emollient, and a nourishing skin conditioner. Candelilla wax is safe for the skin and naturally shields the skin from harmful environmental stressors. Candelilla wax is an excellent humectant, works wonders for moisturizing dry skin, and is incredibly soothing. It won't clog pores, and is safe to use on oily skin types. Candelilla wax minimizes stretch marks, hydrates the skin, and clears parched, scaly skin.

Jojoba oil is a true skin moisturizer. It is naturally rich in Vitamins A, D and E, and works to regenerate skin cells. Jojoba oil also contains fatty acids Omega 6 and 9, as well as Docosanol, which works to repair damaged skin cells.

Vitamin E helps soften the skin, protect the skin's moisture barrier, and fight free radicals. Vitamin E oil has various benefits for the skin, especially in people with dry or itchy skin, psoriasis, and eczema. It also helps prevent wrinkles, heal wounds, and make scars less visible. Cedarwood soothes skin irritation, inflammation, redness, and itchiness as well as dryness that leads to cracking, peeling or blistering. It helps regulate sebum production, eliminates acne-causing bacteria and guards the skin. Cedarwood is particularly renowned for its ability to help reduce eczema flare ups. 

Due to the nature of this product, it may be difficult to roll up the first time. We recommend giving the container a squeeze to loosen it before attempting to roll it up.
